ALCÁNTARA ESPAÑA QUALITY AND ENVIROMENTAL POLICY

The General Manager of the company ALCÁNTARA ESPAÑA, S.A. considers essential the development in all levels of a Quality and Environmental Management Integrated System based on UNE – EN – ISO 9001:2008 and UNE – EN – ISO 14001:2004 rules. In order to make sure that all our products fulfil the requirements established by customer, as well as the legal and standard ones which result from our activities in design and manufacturing of hair, facial and body cosmetics products, and the commercialisation of accessories related with this sector, always with the observance of environmental legislation to avoid and prevent pollution.
 
Our customers should take notice that the quality of ALCÁNTARA ESPAÑA, S.A. products is the result of the well done job, respecting environment during all phases of its development. To achieve this object, the General Manager promotes a system which must count with the enthusiasm and comprehension of the whole staff.
The General Manager as a motor and first person involved Quality and Environment, supports and trains the staff in the maintenance and continual improvement of the system.

Our job must be based on these fundamental mainstays:
• Human and technician capacity.
• High quality products which respect environment.
• Quick answer through the terms observance.
• The reduction, as far as possible, of natural resources use and pollution, through the good environmental practise.
• Identification and continual evaluation of environmental aspects to achieve a sustainable development.

To achieve the observance of previous matters, we engaged to:

• To boost activities related with cleaner productive processes with better possibilities in their recycling and re-using.
• To keep resources and energy, reducing the use of dangerous products and the production of waste.
• To promote the participation of the whole staff in the environmental protection in two ways:
• Training everyone in the company whose activity can produce a significant effect on the environment, in order to release the impact of his/her working activities and his/her responsibilities.
• Improving the internal communication, stressing basically in traversal and horizontal communication.

Our Quality and Environmental Politics provides us the framework to establish and revise our environmental objectives and aims.

Our Quality and Environment Management System must let us obtain and maintain our customers satisfied and in the future, also be a competitive advantage against other companies from the same sector.

The actual politics will stay any moment at company staff, customers and suppliers disposal, as well as neighbour associations and public institutions and definitely, to be reached by anyone who has an interest on it.
